CHANGES / RETURNS

You have the right to change the products you received within fourteen (14) calendar days from the shipment date. You can either request a replacement with another product or another size, or request a refund.

For the change / return process, please contact the company IMMEDIATELY by calling at 210 9483792 during the working days and hours (Monday - Friday 10:00-18:00).

Terms and Conditions of changes / returns:

Returned products should be in their original condition. In all cases return of the product should be done with all its accompanying documents (eg retail receipt etc.) and the complete package. Products that have been worn, used or damaged will not be accepted.

The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so be sure that they are properly packaged and they can not be damaged during transport.

All products will be inspected upon return to the company.

In case that a product is returned in an improper condition, the right to change or refund is not valid and the product is returned to you at your own expense. 

Changes are always made with the prices in force at the time of purchase.

Refunds are not made on products that have a discount.

Products on offer are NOT refundable after the end of the discount period.

If the price of the new product is higher than the price of the returned product, you pay the difference by cash on delivery or bank deposit. Otherwise, the difference may be left in the credit balance to use in a future purchase.

Changes / returns of products are made exclusively with the same courier company with which you received:

  • Greece: Acs Courier / ΤShipping costs for the first change are free. Subsequent changes are charged at a cost of 5€.
  • Cyprus: Kronos Express / ΤShipping costs for each change are 15€.

 

Refund concerns only the product value and not shipping and / or cash on delivery costs. The refund can be done by deposit in your bank account after notifying us in the email sales@shoeshi.eu the IBAN of your bank account, the bank and the name of the beneficiary.
