SHIPPING METHODS

All shoes are handmade in Greece.

In case the products of your order are not immediately available, we manufacture them just for you.

In this case, we need 4-5 working days to process the order.

SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS WITHIN GREECE

Shipments within Greece are made with Acs Courier and the delivery time is 1-4 working days.

Shipping costs throughout Greece are € 3.

SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS IN CYPRUS

Shipments within Cyprus are made with Kronos Express and the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Shipping costs to Cyprus are € 10.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (COD)

You can pay your order cost to the courier either in cash, if the amount does not exceed 500€, or by credit / debit card.

 

2. PAYMENT BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

You can pay for your order with a debit card, credit card or prepaid card or: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

The security of your credit or debit card transactions is ensured by the certified SLL-128bit data encryption system, while in the database of the online store "www.shoeshi.eu" the data of your cards are not stored for any reason.

 

3. DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT

It takes place within 24 hours from the registration of the order. After the deadline, the order is canceled.

You can deposit the money for your orders in the bank account kept by the company SHOESHI in ALPHA BANK.

Caution: In the "reason" position of the depository, indicate the number of your order and your name.

In case the transfer is made by a different bank, any bank transfer fees are charged to the customer.

The amount to be deposited in the bank must be your total cost regardless of the bank's commission.
